The Eighteen Hole Course at Foothills Golf Course is one of three courses at the Foothills facility, but it is the only 18-hole course of the three. Built in 1969, Dick Phelps designed the course. The public course is 6,908 yards at its championship tees. Although the course is relatively flat, there are some hills that cause uneven lies. The course features other difficulties as well. Pretty lakes and creeks create water hazards that come into play on some holes. The greens are bent grass while the fairways are covered in Bermuda grass. There is also a putting green and on-site teaching pro to help golfers with their game.
