The Denver City Park Golf Course is an 18-hole, municipal golf course with a traditional layout. The 72-par course offers 6,318 yards of golf. It is conveniently located five minutes from downtown Denver, across the street from the Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Natural History. Small, sloping greens and tight fairways lined with trees make the course seem harder than it is. There is also unique bunkering to provide more challenge for experienced golfers. The location provides spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains as well as the city. On the premises, there are several amenities that are characteristic of a private club such as pro shop, restaurant, and even a club repair shop.
