The public, 18-hole Box Elder Creek Golf Course not only offers an excellent game of golf but also stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. The course's design follows a traditional links-style layout that features rolling fairways and large, gently undulating greens. The hilly course has many elevation changes providing a bit of challenge and there are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on most holes. The signature hole of Box Elder Creek Golf Course is the par-4 sixth hole. It provides the most picturesque view of the course and it also challenges golfers with an elevated tee, narrow fairway, and out-of-bounds areas on the left.
